Refund policy

All sales are final EXCEPT in select situations. Please see the information below.

    • Timelines: It is asked that any refund or exchange requests be made within 60 days of the original purchase date. 
    • Damaged Items: Refunds are issued for items that are received by the customer and arrive damaged/defective. The customer must provide proof (e.g., photos, videos) that the item is damaged. Please note that it is not required that the damaged item be returned. Once your request for a refund is approved, you will be issued a refund to your original account within 7 to 10 business days. 
    • Apparel: If the customer wishes to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size), the customer should contact Positivity Inspires, LLC, and any necessary arrangements will be made.
    • Other: For all other items and situations, please contact the business to determine if an arrangement can be made.
